Identification

Two forms of ID must be presented for all rentals unless previously agreed upon. One must be a valid driver’s license or State ID card.

Payments

May be Credit-Card, Debt Card, or pre-approved in-house charge account. Credit Card processing and identification shall follow Federal PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliancy regulations. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

Non-Refundable Damage Waiver

Covers unintentional damage that occurs when the equipment is transported in a safe manner, and used for its intended purpose, according to manufacturer’s operational instructions and under normal operating circumstances and conditions.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. We charge for all time out not time used unless indicated by pre-agreed hour meter usage, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Save money by returning equipment promptly.

Deposits

Deposits are not necessary for reservations.

Tax

All rentals are subject to applicable Delaware Rental Tax.

Fuel

ALL equipment that requires gasoline. kerosene or diesel fuel are rented with a full tank, unless noted on contract, and must be returned full of FRESH NEW fuel. There is a minimum fuel charge of $8.00 per gallon of gas or $10.00 per gallon of diesel on all equipment returned not full. Oil is checked by our technician, it is your responsibility to check the oil level periodically during operation usually when refueling.

Delivery

We offer delivery and pick-up within Delaware only. Rates will be quoted upon request. Full rental fees will be charged in advance for all equipment that will be delivered

Cleanliness

Equipment will be inspected for cleanliness upon return and a cleaning fee may be charged if equipment is not retuned in the same condition in which it was rented.
